Our current capacities include below:
 
1) Ring Spinning  *0 thousand spindles manufacturing Cotton Core Spun yarns & Double yarns / Elitwist yarns.
 
2) Open End- *5 openend machines of Schlaforst Aco 8 and Aco 9 with a capacity to produce ***0 tons / month of openend yarns ranging from Oe 6 to *0s
 
3) Texturizing *0 texturizing machines with a capacity to produce ***0 tons of polyester stretch yarns  per month. 
 
4) Indigo Dying Range Capacity of total *8 Indigo dyeing slasher machines  (*3 running + 5 under installation) spread across 3 locations - Bhilwara , Surat & Ahmedabad.
 
5) ***0 Airjet looms  Comprising of Tsudakoma & Picanol with widths from **0 to **0 cm and ***0 sulzer / rapier machines. 
 
6) Finishing -Wet & Foam finishing ,  De-sizing / Mercerizing  facility for a total production capacity of *3.5 million meters per month.
